Di Milano Nail Salon - San Bernardino

I try and be nice and support local places, but for me to be charged $80 for a solid color and for the work not even last a week is concerning to me. I usually pay $50-60 with a home based nail tech and they last a month or longer. Don’t get me wrong the staff is super friendly super accommodating and patient but I even asked for a clean up around my cuticles and that didn’t happen. It happened after the color and tips were already applied. Sorry to say but I will not be coming again. They either need better product or idk. My appointment was on 11/19/25.

It was my first time here and the customer service was great. Jenny did my nails and took her time which I really appreciated because a lot of these nail technicians don’t now days. The owner was there today and was also very nice. I will definitely be back. I got black due to me being a bridesmaid this Thursday and wanted to match the color of the dress and keep it simple and elegant.

I just got these done right now and i’ve never been to a nail salon where the artist forgets to top coat it and doesn’t get the edges of my nails and gets paint on my fingers and doesn’t clean it off. He was a very nice gentleman but for $55 i expect my gel manicure to look presentable. my gel nails are supposed to be glossy and they’re MATTE and have so much texture on them!!?!? there’s also nail polish on my fingers. on the corners of a lot of my nails the paint is obviously thinner or crusted cause the paint was applied too thick. not to mention he put NO TOP COAT? i thought it was the lotion on the nails so that’s why they’re weren’t glossy and didnt see the polish under my fingers until i got home. this is two days before thanksgiving and i came tired after work so i can spend tomorrow cooking and i got screwed over. i am EXTREMELY upset and need this fixed!!!!!

I live in LA and drove down to SB for a pampering day with our lil girl. Found this place on Google and it didn’t disappoint. Aside of the ambiance, the techs friendliness made the experience even better.

So grateful they got me in as a walk in right when I got there! They were quick and efficient. I’m very happy with how my nails came out. They were very professional and friendly. The salon itself is very cleanly and beautiful inside. We were visiting from out of town and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend!
