I’m beyond furious about my experience at this salon. The pedicurist who worked on me was completely unprofessional and careless. She rushed through the prep, skipped essential steps, and offered zero care or attention. I had a blister on my foot from wearing heels, and I clearly told her to be gentle and avoid the area. Not only did she ignore my request, but she also handled my foot roughly and even sprayed alcohol directly onto the open wound. Are you serious? She had no idea how to do the cat-eye polish I asked for and had to get another technician to show her how. If you don’t know how to do a certain style, don’t offer it! The next day, my foot was severely inflamed because of her reckless treatment. This isn’t just bad service—it’s dangerous. I will NEVER return to this place and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting your safety and health to this salon.

I came here to get my wedding nails done and couldn’t be happier with the results! They did a fantastic job. The nail designer—Eli, if I remember correctly—was incredibly patient and really took the time to understand the design I had in mind. She made sure everything was just right, and I ended up with exactly the look I wanted. Highly recommend this place for any special occasion (or just a treat for yourself)!

I used to be a regular customer of Moi, but after two incidents I will happily take my business elsewhere. The latest incident: I made an appointment to get builder gel, and showed the attached inspo pic for what I wanted (which was also done with builder gel by another nail artist). The second attached photo is what I got. The application was awful - the builder gel was applied much too thick and left me with bubble nails, which also causes heat damage when cured with the UV light and left my nails burning after every cure. During the appointment, I let the nail tech know that my nails were burning and she did move the UV light off, but I later did research and learned that this happens when the builder is applied too thick, and can cause heat damage to the nail bed. I also mentioned to the nail tech that the builder was too thick and she gaslighted me and told me that's how builder is. When I left my appointment after paying full price plus tip, I asked several nail salons whether the application was done correctly, showing them my nails, and they all said no, that is not how it's supposed to be done. When I contacted the nail salon the next day and asked for a refund, they refused, saying the only thing they could offer is for me to come back to get it "fixed". I explained that getting it "fixed" does me no good when I now have to take additional time out of my day for another 2 hours only to have yet another awful manicure. If your staff aren't trained properly to apply builder gel, what good does it do me to get another manicure with the same staff that don't know how to apply it in the first place? Very disappointing and I will not be returning. Please be aware that you will be getting a service done with staff that aren't as highly skilled and trained as other places. Know what you're getting.
