Maddison is hands down the best hairdresser in Placer County! I've trusted her for many years and have referred so many friends and family to her, everyone ends up loving her just as much as I do. She truly knows hair and always takes the time to listen to what you like, while also giving great guidance and advice. She's amazing with color! And my hair is never fried. My color lasts so long because she knows exactly how to get the best results without damaging your hair. At one point my daughter wanted to go really dark. Maddison totally supported her vision. Then, about six months later when she wanted to go back lighter, Maddison worked her magic again all without any damage. On top of being an incredible stylist, Maddison also owns and manages the very successful salon, MINX. You can tell she's truly dedicated to her clients and her team. I can't recommend her enough!

Vanessa is incredible, I've never been the type of person to stay consistent in getting my hair done until I met Vanessa. She always does a perfect job on my hair and is the perfect stylist for brown haired girlies looking to add some dimension or add some blonde. It never comes out brassy and is always so complementary to my complexion. I would recommend her 100000x!!

I have been coming to Minx since they opened and absolutely LOVE everything about it! The location is right off the freeway, and the cutest place full of character. All stylists are super friendly and when you walk in you immediately feel like your home! Maddison is an amazing salon owner who also a perfectionist when it comes to being a stylist! Caitlyn Calhoun has been doing my hair for a few years now religiously every nine weeks! I cannot tell you in a short amount of words of how impressed I am every time I walk out that door and look in the mirror and always turns out better than I imagine. She listens to me very carefully on what my expectations are I can truly say she has mastered blonde hair. I have gone too many hairstylist and none have been able to quite master exactly what I want and better yet not fry my hair which I have had done by other stylist. took me many years to grow it back. Caitlyn has helped me through these years to regain my hair Health back. I am very picky when it comes to my hair I’m sure I intimidated her the first time. I let her touch it, but even then she listen to me and took her time and mastered it. She educates me on her health what to do and what not to do what products to use and what products not to use.
