Polish’d nail spa

I’ve been going to Polish’d for my mani/pedis for a few months now. It’s a nice nail spa and it’s clean and modern. I don’t have a specific nail tech, so I’ve had maybe all of them at least once and I’ve not had a bad experience. I don’t get fancy nails—keep them relatively short—but they always look neat and…well, polished when I leave. :)

1st time trying this place an I have mixed reviews. I got a simple french tip overlay gel fill which cost me $60,which I thought was pretty steep but fine. Tech was nice but rushed and I had to remind her a few times what we were doing. My French tip isnt symmetrical so alil annoying but I didnt want to nitpick. No hand massage after,rushed me out the seat for another customer. Now the pedicure done by "Y" was excellent!She took her time an did a great job,excellent massage. Unfortunately they used the wrong blue on my feet so my toes don't match my hands 😡they laughed it off and didnt make much of a effort to fix it nor did the manager offer a discount which was very disappointing. I paid $128 plus tip for both which is very pricey an I walked out irritated. I may be back for a pedicure by Y but not happy with $13 gel an upcharges for literally everything. Normally I pay $100 for both plus my eyebrows else where so $30 extra, less services an unfixed careless errors may have just costed them a new loyal customer.

I know I have already left a review but i have to showcase the beautiful nail designs nail artist Ryan did for me !! He took his time to get every single detail perfect. He is truly an ARTIST ✨ If you are looking for precision and perfection he is your go to. Thank you so much Ryan 😊

Really great experience! Pricing was reasonable and the ladies working on me (Nina for my manicure and Julie for my pedicure) were very sweet and did an excellent job. It was my second time ever getting a manicure and my first time getting a pedicure. Very great job overall and plan on coming again in the future .😁

The only reason I am not giving a 1 star is the person who did my nails a few times was good. Don’t bother making an appointment because you will be helped quicker if you just walk in. Every time we made an appointment the person was busy with a walk in. When I asked for someone else they had the nerve to say no because they had an appt coming in. So I guess my appointment doesn’t matter? I made an appt with the owner for a friend and when she showed up they claimed there was no appt for that time. I watched, with my own eyes, her writing it in the book correctly. Overall, there are so many salons to choose from, but this is one I wouldn’t recommend. They don’t honor appointments made and don’t care about customers time.
