No1 Nails Spa

I came as a walk in, Ive seen great reviews so I thought to come in a try it and hoping I found my to go to place. I am not sure if I came in the wrong time but I did not have such a great experience. I came asked for a medium long coffin french tip nail with a heart design on two nails. I like the file on it i asked for it not too thick . Then when doing the French the guys was doing a thick tip I asked if I can do a thinner French he seemed bugged but did it I also accidentally moved a bit and he made a hiss sound and just idk made me feel uncomfortable because of the gesture I understand not to move but I didn’t do it on purpose either then the heart wasn’t nice but I didn’t say nothing I was embarrassed/scared to say anything I don’t like to feel the need to be demanding or rude I like to say my please and thank you and give people respect. But maybe I should have spoken up but am just not a person to complain but any way my total was 65 I still tipped him even though I felt like I shouldn’t have but idk the pressure of tipping the time I was their a black girl left without paying because she was mad so I felt bad but anyway I would say am a decent human being I wish my experience was more like okay girl I got you more feel. So I was a bit disappointed after all they weren’t free either and I was paying for them

My sister and I visited No1 Nails Spa for the first time, and we both got manicures. I was really happy with my service and my the nail tech did such a amazing job on recreating the nail inspo I wanted! The staff are so friendly and the place was nice and clean. I definitely will come again !

This was my first time coming here. I got acrylics and a pedicure with 3 acrylic nails on my toes. I really liked my acrylic nails. The guy who did them worked very fast . The only thing I didn't like was that 2 days later one of the acrylic on my toenail fell. Which is very disappointing because of the money I spent on them.

The picture doesnt do justice. I had this done on sunday afternoon. I had my old eye lashes extension removed and requested a new set. My previous lashes is better than this. I showed CINDY the style that i like since she showed me the picture. I picked WISPY! My eyes was burning after few minutes and i understand that because she had to lift my eye lid. It was really burning so i told her to remove the tape to unlift my upper eyelid.! The left eye lid burned more. After she had finished… i expected that its WISPY. I checked my eyes and its nothing like WISPY! It was number 14 all together. Nothing like it. Then came back home to LA and after my boyfriend dropped me home. As i was checking my eyes lashed I noticed something, one eye lashes was falling off and it did, then few more next day. Mind you! I know how to take care of my lash extensions. I had it done at that shop since its close to my boyfriend’s house. But after i washed it gently… i look at my lashed… its just horrible, i was disappointed enough knowing it wasnt the wispy that i pointed out to her, but this lashes looked so clumped together and theres more lashes that wasn’t filled! Its horrible! I had my nails done there before and I didnt like it… i thought getting lashes will be different but its worst! Since im nice to tip.. i gave her a good tip for that $100 fullset that its not even full. I didnt had my glasses with me so i couldnt see it and since i live in LA and couldnt come back is very disappointing. Cindy, please go back to schooling to properly do lashed extensions and not to put clamps of lashes and no body at all. Didnt even fun out. You put chunky lashed all together. I even had clear glue on my lash follicles. What a waste of money and very disappointing.

It was my first time here. They took me in as a walk in. I did the luxury pedicure which was $55 and $15 for gel add-on. They have a solid amount of colors. The place is clean and their massage chairs look new. The lady did a good job on my nails. Thank you !
