- •**Implement Transparent Pricing:** Clearly display service prices and ensure staff provide accurate quotes upfront to eliminate 'mystery' pricing.
- •**Boost Overall Service Quality Control:** Ensure all services, from pedicures to acrylics, consistently meet high standards to prevent issues like cracked nails or poor polish application.

2025-09-19I’ve been to this salon many times and leave mostly happy each time. I had a gel pedicure 3 weeks ago and returned today for a gel mani/pedi. My manicure was great. The gentleman doing my pedicure cracked my toenail almost in half while drilling to remove the old gel. He superglued the toenail back down and did a decent job at making it look… well.. decent. I knew it was cracked due to the drilling because it literally felt like it burned me as he was drilling this toe. I didn’t want to make a big deal but I did get the top pedicure, which I believe was $64/$65 and felt as though that was steep for leaving with half my toenail glued on. I spoke with… I think it was the owner or manager… and he went back and forth with the gentleman that did my pedicure and the manager/owner decided that I would pay $60 for the pedicure instead of the $64-65. I accepted this, paid, and left without causing a scene because a scene was not my goal. I am really not happy and I’m concerned with the potential of losing half of my toenail when I’ve never had this happen. Definitely won’t be returning due to how they “rectified” the situation. Disappointing because I really enjoyed this salon before.

2025-07-27I wasn’t going to write a review, but every time I look at my nails I get upset. I went for a fill and gel pedi, the lady who (I think) is the owner is nice and so was the lady that did my toes (didn’t like my pedi paint though) the other girl that did my fingers is young and moody, and maybe that’s why my nails turned out so bad. I don’t know if all the techs are bad or not, maybe I just happened to have bad luck with who I got that day. Anyway I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves and probably won’t go back, my usual lady at a different salon retired so I was in the hunt for a new nail tech. I’m very sad this place did such a bad job since it’s a very nice looking establishment.

2025-06-21My entire experience from start to end - Walked in asked for Elda because the first time I went she did amazing although expensive. I asked for acrylic toes and acrylic full set. They told me Elda is gone for a month and sent me to someone else. This is where I should have walked out and waited for Elda to return but my pedi was so grown out I decided to go with whoever they assigned. PEDICURE: I wanted short square acrylic on my toes with french tip. I already had grown out acrylic on my toes but I wanted a fresh set. They tried to convince me to do a fill but I said no. The lady rolled her eyes and went to another client so I got a different lady to start removing my acrylic toes. I told her i was going to want the same exact square shape and French tip design I already had on my toes. The reason I get acrylic on toes is because they can file it really square to get the trendy square look. What I got - she put acrylic over my toe nail… no square shape, there was no point in getting acrylic it looks exactly like my regular toe nails. I do not want to be rude but her French tip is not good, it’s too thick. Also my big toes look 2 different colors, 1 looks like she put 2 coats and The other looks like only 1 coat. FULL SET ACRYLICS - I was getting my nails done at the same time as the pedi so it was already awkward for me to be twisted to the side. She seemed a bit irritated and moved/touched my phone a couple times. I would prefer she communicated instead of grabbing my phone when I was trying to find her a reference pic, felt like she was mad at me. I asked for short/medium length French tip. She did my nails medium and my thumbs 2 different short lengths. One of the acrylics on my middle finger was put on so crooked it doesn’t even cover my full nail bed (first thing my husband noticed was how obviously crooked it was, which made me cry more because I didn’t realize it was crooked when I left the salon). I showed her pictures of flowers I wanted and I wish she was honest and said she couldn’t do it instead of what she ended up doing on me. I told her the first flower was too big and she told me it’s big in the picture I showed her. Then she did the second flower on my ring finger and I couldn’t believe how bad it was, when she was done creating the flower I tried to look at it before she cured it and she shoved my hand in the UV light. When it was done in the UV light she was already off to her next customer and I couldn’t believe she left me with the flower like that. I was so shy but I asked a guy working there if he was the manager, he said no but he would help me. I asked him to please remove the flowers because 1 of them didn’t even look like a flower. He was able to remove one and redo the French. They were about to do another flower and I repeated I did not want anymore flowers just the plain French tip. They didn’t realize I also wanted the other flower removed but by that point I was exhausted from over explaining myself and being there 2 hours so I walked out with 1 flower. AFTERMATH - My friends and family saw them and cannot believe the low quality of work and that I tipped. I’m embarrassed to show my nails and toes. I’m going to try to fix my own toes but I’m bummed out I paid $174 plus $20 tip. Let this be your lesson to stick to the person you know is going to do the work you want. I would only recommend Elda for pedicures if you go there because that’s the only person that’s given me good quality work. I wish I never walked in there and gave others a chance. That place is too expensive to have workers who are not going to provide a luxury experience.

2025-10-01I usually have Alda do my nails but in this particular day she called out. They said I could still come in and they would find a tech for me. I agreed to a different tech as one of my nails was broken and I needed it fixed either way. This tech didn’t know which color powder Alda had used on me and she seemed like she didn’t even know where the powders were. I tried to pick something similar but she laid some of the powder super thick and some super thin so each nail looked different, some even seemed patchy cause part of the acrylic was thick and part of it was thin in the same nail, so you could see my actual nail through the acrylic in some spots. The other techs kept coming over and looking over her shoulder and would ask me if it was ok. I was hoping once she filed them down they wouldn’t look so bad. After rinsing my nails another tech suggested adding a pink top coat (I am assuming to cover up the patchiness of a few of the nails) the pink was very bright. The other techs kept asking me if they were ok. Obviously they could tell they were not right since they kept checking in on the tech. I get everyone has to start somewhere but if you are constantly checking in on the tech and giving suggestions to cover up mistakes then you should charge the person full price. I left spending $65 on nails that were think and lumpy and some what were thin and see through. I ended up filing down the thick ones when I got home. I wish Alda was still there. She did amazing work. I have not been back since this experience.

2025-06-17Pricing is always a mystery instead of having it on a board.. techs have to walk up and explain a service to get a quoted price which is blurted out after mental math (which has been incorrect each time I’ve been) and my favorite, the first nail fungus under my acrylics I have ever gotten IN MY LIFE. I’m in my 30s! Acrylics were huge and chunky, I asked for almond and got some rounded weird looking nails.
