Milano Nail Spa Whittier

Tried this new salon for the first time today. The space itself is beautiful—great ambience, plenty of stations, and they started us off with complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch. We were greeted warmly and received excellent customer service throughout. My daughter and I had Jordan and Vincent as our nail techs; both were friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant. What stood out negatively (and honestly left an uncomfortable impression) was the constant presence of what appeared to be supervisors or managers standing in doorways and openly watching every technician and client. It felt overly intense and, frankly, gave an eerie, almost “human-trafficking-watchful” vibe rather than normal quality control. It made it hard to fully relax. On the plus side, they do offer military, senior, and student discounts, which we appreciated. Pricing overall is on the higher end. Unfortunately, within a few hours of leaving, my daughter’s gel polish started peeling off one toe completely, which was very disappointing for the price paid. Overall, the service and atmosphere have a lot of potential, but the overly watchful oversight and the quick chipping lowered the experience for us. Mixed feelings—some parts were lovely, others left us uneasy and underwhelmed.

Absolutely fantastic!! Whittier has been needing luxury and Milano delivers!! Everything about this salon is luxurious and attentive. I will definitely be coming back monthly to get the Tropicana pedicure with Holly! She has the softest hands and she really knows what she’s doing as far as French tips go. I actually felt the stress melt from my back and feet between the amazing massage chair and Holly’s great care and attention to detail. I actually can’t wait to come back next month and I just finished getting my pedi. Also the complimentary margarita I had was delicious!

Let’s get into it! 1) the interior-stunning. Am in Vegas, Milan, or Paris? We don’t know. It’s so gorgeous in here and relaxing. Smooth jazz playing, attentive staff, complimentary mimosa or cocktail of your choice. Where else can you get your nails done and enjoy a mango margarita?? 2) the staff. The general manager cares about the business and is so sweet! Shout out to Vivian and Lucy. Vivian gave an amazing pedicure, and Lucy is a master at her art. Nail art that is. Wow. 3) The options list for treatments are super fun. I got the milk and honey pedicure, but they also have 24k gold, espresso, and Tropicana options. Very impressive. If you are looking for La dolce vita of nail salons and overall nail treatment, THIS is the place.

This nail salon is soo beautiful & such a clean environment. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. They even offer a complimentary drink menu right away. Jordan was super helpful helping me choose the right color! Definitely recommend if your trying to relax and have an efficient job done 😊 & they gave me the cutest little thank u gift 🎁

Awesome service a d great prices. I got the espresso pedicure with Cindy. She was awesome. I love the fancy ambient and jazz music playing. It was very relaxing. Will definitely be back again. Thank you Cindy for your service. I am ready for Dodgers playoffs. Let's go Doyers!!!
