Lee was is so great! She is me, my mom's, and both of my sister's go to! 😊💅 She really pays attention to her customers and will fix any detail you don't like. They try to get you in as soon as possible and the service is so professional by all the people working there they are so nice and helpful! Thanks Nail Tech! 💅♥️

Love! Second time going here. The staff are so sweet, I almost wish they were my grandparents lol. I’ve been looking for a permanent nail salon in Imperial Beach and am happy I found Nail Tech.

Wow! After a rough couple months I managed to chew down what was left of my nails to a mess. I’ve never had acrylics and decided to give them a try. Lee was super patient and kind with me. She did a beautiful job and explained how I can take care of them. I had no idea they could look so natural. The price and service was so friendly I decided to stay for a pedicure! So glad I found a great nail place on my first try in my move to IB. Thank you, see you in two weeks!

FYI, this mainly entails to you if you need to get your acrylic nails taken off and if you get gel nails. First, let me start at the fact that when I called, they didn’t even ask my name for the appointment. Second, they didn’t tell me it was cash only. Third the fact is that they didn’t even takeoff the nails properly. They took it off with the most pain possible, which Clipping the top of the nail and putting a acrylic glue on underneath the nail and trying to pry it off of your nail, causing the most pain possible. I had to ask them to take the drill and the drill it off and soak it. You would think you’d want your client to be the most comfortable possible when doing their nails, but that was absolutely torture. Second, they didn’t even cut my cuticles properly. She said I didn’t have a lot of cuticles, but I’m staring at it right now and I was just not gonna argue I’m not very confrontational, but I honestly tried… she also painted on my cuticle. I have never had Such a bad first experience with nail Salons. This is the worst place I’ve ever been, and I thought the other place was In Anaheim. I’m not trying to be a Karen cause I normally don’t write these reviews, but I just wanna warn people so they don’t have the same experience trying to take your acrylic nails off.
