Michelle is incredible!!! She has amazing attention to detail, super kind and eager to make sure you’re happy with your service. She does great with designs. Lenny is awesome and has great attention to detail as well. I highly recommend these ladies!

The first time I went in there everybody was super nice the second time I went in there was for a fixed and they were still very nice however, the person who worked on my nails didn't seem very happy I mean she could have been preoccupied with something else but I don't know she made me feel very uncomfortable like I shouldn't have come back for a fix a couple of my nails had chipped and it didn't seem like she really wanted to work on them and then she kind of just left me there at the table while she went to somebody else. No goodbyes no checking on me nothing, somebody else brought it to her attention that I was trying to leave. I don't know I just felt unwanted. And to top it off, another one of my nails kind of chipped

I came near Christmas Day. I had a new job opportunity. Sat down with a guy, and showed him a few pictures of what I had in mind. He struggled with shaping and styling the acrylic nails to my nail beds. This is the biggest part of the job.. plus, he was trying to leave so that was not a plus for me either. Then came the design, which came out okay after I went right back in right after I had left 🫣 to get it fixed. If you have to bring another lady around to do the designs because the technicians are unable and untrained that’s a bit sketchy. The tips were okay but not matching on both sides. No touching or pushing back of cuticles either.. is this a new salon trend? Maybe he is new.. then after almost a week I notice how grown out my nails were! Instead of two weeks of nails I got shy of a week. Which is fine once in a blue moon, but all the time, I may start to feel targeted. You make more money if individuals are having to come back sooner. If you look at the pictures, I left a review sent to me by the business via text. They asked me to reach out so they can fix it. They proceeded to tell me on the phone that nails buds grow at different rates, and they can’t fix that ☠️. I asked if she could at least take a look, and she said nope 👎🏼. If you looked at them right now, it would be like wow there is no way that’s only a week. Good luck 🍀
