2025-07-30I came in for a pedicure and was helped by Van! She was so gentle, patient, and really paid attention to detail! My white French tip toes came out super clean and neat. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a great job and making sure her clients are happy as we had great conversation and laughs. She has great skill and I’d trust her with my full set next time. Also, I did a manicure and Thuy did my nails! It looks exactly like the reference picture I had and she was patient with my remarks on fixing a few things. She is a hard worker and so talented! This salon will definitely be my go to for now on!

2025-08-19I’ve gotten pedicures at Nail Story for over a year now. I have no complaints about any of the staff, they have all done great pedicures on me. Clean and nice facility. Recently I started booking with Van, after having a GREAT experience with her. She is so personable, with a cute personality, and couldn’t seem to give me enough compliments about my toes. She takes her time and makes little changes throughout the pedicure to make sure her work is how she wants it. Very gentle and gives a wonderful massage. Book with Van!!!
