Great place, Cindy handled my nails with great care and designed the beautifully as I requested. Mary did an awesome job on my pedicure, she really made me feel like I was in a spa resort with the leg massage. I definitely will return.

I truly wanted to love this place but unfortunately the lack of communication, lack of pride in workmanship and the entitlement has made this impossible. I've went here many times and never was I completely thrilled about my nails but the most recent experience was the final straw. I have thin nails that rip easily I've informed Kevin of that and repeatedly instead of listening to my requests for a soak off he used a nail extension to pop the acrylic i had on, off. It was painful and ripped my nails which I prefer to stay somewhat longer. Without asking he cuts nails off, but not straight across but rounded them which is going to lead to ingrowns. He knew better, one nail had already popped off and I had sanded it and shaped it to my desired shape, did he care no just clipped it off as far as he could. The new acrylics are too big and shoving down into the sides of my cuticles and look like cheap press ons. There's a space between my nail bed and the acrylic when looking at the nails from underneath, this is nothing but a ground for bacteria to harbor and will lead to nail infections. The acrylic is too thick and he is always heavy handed on one side making my nails look crooked and as if there trying to run away to one side! Only good thing is acrylic nail retention is pretty good. I've also got a dip powder twice and both times they peeled off within days. They were not done to industry standards and used a curing light in-between coats, weird. Pedicures never last because the polish is put on too thick and always chips off within a few days. There was also clear coat all over my toes and I had to pick it off the skin. Nails are also never filed in a way that leaves the nail looking straight and instead I got crazy toes lol. Also if you use the bathrooms there are nail brushes in the restroom that are never switched out, they are matted and destroyed and filled with dirt and debris. Completely unsanitary if you ask me. Though they are reasonably priced I believe it is worth the investment to go somewhere else to have better quality nails and a cleaner environment. If he doesn't care about what I want if I'm paying then he doesn't deserve my business.

I think I found my new favorite nail salon. My pedicure was relaxing, enjoyable, and my feet look amazing. I got a full acrylic set and I am happy. I have a couple flat spots but nothing noticeable (I am just picky). They were very nice and made sure I was happy throughout my visit. The price was more than expected but still in the average range for surrounding locations.
