I went two weeks ago with my bestie. This is her usual shop. Mine would do a pedi + mani + basic massage for $65. This location was nearly $150. And they were forcing me to write a review before paying. Like we can't go back and edit it... Thi was amazing and gentle with the manicure! Kelly was very precise with the pedicure! I enjoyed the leg/foot massage but couldn't do the back due to mani but loved the service! Will definitely return again! Very clean, calm, peaceful environment and relaxing! Thank you ladies! But honestly I would NEVER return there. Their menu says mani + pedi combo is $85. That's a lie. And the massage was the nearly identical to the one added to my mani + pedi at my usual place for $5 but here it was $40 or something... I need to find my receipt. Anyway, don't waste your money here is my suggestion. They don't even start the acrylic at the cuticle... It looked a week old before I left and they cut off so much of my natural nail for the almond shape... I should have asked for coffin. Maybe I would have been able to keep more of my original nails. Good thing mine grow back fast. Anyhow. A week later and I'm wondering if I should go to my usual spot for a filler or removal. They look a month old. See pics. I was going to give them 5⭐ by force but good thing my phone wasn't complying. I remove half a star for each thing I didn't like... Cutting too much of my nail, overcharging, not starting at the cuticle, forcing the review (including grabbing my phone and trying to do it herself, "Thi." I would remove another half star for all the kids running around inside the whole time. Like, excuse me. It's a place of business. A very expensive business. I love kids and so does my bestie but that was so annoying and we couldn't speak like adults with all the kids running around and stopping to stare at us... 😶 Also Thi was a little rough on filing. Not only did she shave off so much nail but took skin too. Left a hangnail in my thumb. Didn't put acrylic to the side walls, leaving a little exposed nail gap. And underneath the nails were globs or acrylic. I did mani colors for my hair going from blue to purple. (I wish they were darker.) My two favorite colors 💙💜 and the pedi colors are for SF49ers! ♥️💛 I just love everything SF and was supposed to move there a month ago. But also for the Christmas season... My gel pedi normally lasts months and it goes perfectly with my Jessica Rabbit themed Halloween costume! 👠💃🏾💋💅🏾♥️💜💛 9 mani 2 week later pics added!

I got the Ultimate Pedicure with gel polish. I got dodger blue with glitter and I love it! Last polish for summer and Henry did a great job. My favorite nail salon in all of Fresno/Clovis area!

My first time was very good. I got it done by this one young lady for my graduation and she did exactly how the picture was shown. I decided to come back here to get my nails done before going on a trip and this time I had an older man. I show him the picture of what I wanted and I could tell that it would be a difficult set for him to do because of the way he was talking to his employee. He asked what shape I wanted and I chose almond in medium length but he didn't listen to me and gave me almond in short length but he did ask me if I like the length and I said yeah since I never got it short before and always in medium but in the end I asked for medium length which he completely ignored. After gluing the nails, he didn’t bother of removing the extra glue underneath. After getting the first color down it was time for the design and that’s when everything went downhill because whatever he did on one side the did the same thing to the other. Instead of following the image he decided to do his own things. I told him that he can do French tip on the pinky to make things easier for him and he did proceed to do that. He told me to choose a pink from the book and I didn’t expect it to be neon because on the book it was darker. He had to do the flower 2x and took forever to get the shape because he made the petals skinny but on the picture the petals are more rounded. So I knew that he struggled doing that as well and I just told him to just apply pearls on my index because I was done and I didn’t want to continue. After he apply the cuticle oil and massage it, it was time to pay. As I was dusting off some of the nail drill dust whatever off my hand he started laughing and talking to his employee that was sitting on the side doing another client nails and she looked at me and started to laugh too so I knew that the topic was about me and my nails. And the pricing was unbelievable as well which came out to $100. If you’re going to be a nail tech, you have to be prepared for whatever the clients want especially when it comes to a lot of details. I get it that nail tech people talk crap about clients nails but honestly the way he talk to his employee and that employee was looking at me was unbelievable knowing that this set is the most disappointing set ever with the price as well. I don’t recommend this nail tech (Kaeden) and I only recommend the young girl. I won’t be coming back to this salon.

Horrible experience. I went into town to get my nails done before a photo shoot. Passing by I decided to stop at this salon to get a full set and pedicure. The pedicure was ok but they left all my heel calluses. The older .man tech did not scrub for more than 2 mins each foot maybe less. The color does not match the nail book at all, I wanted a pale pink but looks like pepto bismol. As for my nails; the young male nail tech was debating me getting what I describe as press on acrylics. I wanted regular length ballerina and he looked like he didn't understood and was asking if I wanted almond (which is completely different design) I showed him a photo of basic pink nails nothing special (photo added) to give him an idea. He chose acrylic nails that were not symmetrical to my other hand and then when I asked if he could trim them down because they were really long he trimmed but kept sighing when I would ask to trim more, that I just gave up asking after twice. Later when he was putting on acrylic powder he put a clear acrylic on one nail to which I asked if he was going to apply a gel coat but I wanted a pink acrylic powder and by now he seemed annoyed. He messed up the acrylic in my nails leaving it extremely lumpy and uneven. A girl (Mia) had to take over and he looked like he was learning how to apply! Long story short it took over 3 hours to be done from all the filing down he had to keep doing. I was absolutely unsatisfied and they had the audacity to charge extra for the shape (ballerina) which I didn't even really receive! The nail shape is more square. I added photos I kid you not this is only 1 week and half after the appointment. I won't ever go back and definitely wouldn't recommend. If the young male nail tech is not experienced they should let people know! I'm embarrassed by the look of my nails they look like dead skin 😞

I was difficult today, trying to find the right color and design for what I wanted, but they did a great job helping me figure it out. Thank you!! Definitely one of the better nail places in town.
