I came to artistic nails because of a couple different recommendations from friends. They seem to have had really good reviews online and I had high hopes. My expectations were not met at all. The overall experience was really disappointing. I went in around 9:20am and did not leave till after 1:30 PM. I waited about 30 minutes for a pedicure. Overall, that went pretty well. The lady, who did it did a decent job. The full set is where I was extremely disappointed first I had to wait another 20 minutes after my pedicure. Joe started on the full set. I gave him my inspiration picture, a simple black French tip. The nails were put on crooked and at different lengths, a few of the nails look like they are two week growths because they were put so far down on the nail bed. After Joe informed me he was not going to be able to do the French tip. I had to wait for the other lady. That was another 20 to 30 minutes of sitting there waiting. Her work was not much better. A lot of the French tips are not even and really wonky. Some of my nail beds were flooded with black and just left like that underneath there was a lot of black nail polish left on my skin. There’s bubbles in the acrylic. The only put one coat of pink so you can see all the scratches between my nail and the French tip I wanted a more solid pink. I also watched Joe take the remaining of the acetone that he used on my nails and dump it back in to the big bottle. I thought that was quite disgusting. He also had me sit at his station right after he had just finished another girl without cleaning. It just seemed very unsanitary. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the quality and having to wait so long. My total for a black French tip pedicure and this full set was $145 plus a $15 tip. $70 for the pedicure. $75 for the full set I wasn’t sure the price breakdown for the full set as she just punched numbers into a calculator and flashed it to me. I see the salon replied back to my review. Here’s a few things I have to say. Yes, there were three technicians working. Yes, there were three people with those Technicians at 9:20am. One left pretty much shortly after I got in there. I understand being a walk-in, but you shouldn’t have accommodated me then If it was going to take over 4 1/2 hours for a full set and a pedicure. After Joe was done with my full set before the French tip I told the lady technician to help shape the nails better to make them look less horrible, and not so bulky. I even showed her the exact picture. I showed Joe of what I was looking for. She saw the work Joe did… she saw how crooked all the nails were, she saw how bulky they were, She saw how uneven they were. The lady technician never checked in with me how I felt about my nails. I told her when I first got to her how I wanted them to look. That is a straight lie that they checked in multiple times. By the time I was done, it had almost been 4 1/2 hours. I was already late to an Appointment. As you can see the pictures they don’t look good. I wasn’t even going try to get you guys to fix them again. And honestly, yeah, the pedicure was good. But the hygiene marks you down multiple stars I think it’s funny that you don’t even address that. The nails themselves look like garbage. I’ve had them for one week and they look god-awful.

$90 full set. Breakdown for all the girlies. $15 for take off not soak off to be clear. $60 for short nail acrylic $15 extra for curved French tip? She said it was $10 extra for regular French tip I’m all down for people growing business but this felt like a price gouging. Especially because when I asked about the price it takes her very long to figure out a price breakdown.

I’m from out of town and went here on a whim to get a builder gel nail refill. They did an excellent job and I was very impressed. I’m in love with my nails!

The owner and his wife are the best! So sweet 😊 She did a phenomenal job on my nails. She was so gentle and I love that because usually others cut me and are so rough! This establishment was so clean and relaxing. I highly recommend and it will be my new go-to nail salon💅 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had my appointment at 10:30am and didn't have my nails started on until about an hour later because a regular came in about 40 minutes before me to get squeezed in for a pedicure. With that being said I am most definitely about to be a regular here because even though my appointment didn't start on time my nail tech Christina did such an amazing job that I wouldn't mind waiting again if need be just to have the privilege of her working her miracles on my hands. My hands are so soft and cleaned up. I really wish I took a before picture because the difference is very noticeable. After soaking my hands for a while, my fingers looked like zombie fingers with all excess skin and hang nails. They are now pristine thanks to Christina. It is Veteran owed by a very nice gentleman. Very grateful for this place and will be back many times in the future.
