I’ve been coming here regularly for the last 6 months and cannot rave about this place enough! The quality of work is consistently good - I often switch around who does my nails and not only is everyone nice and communicative, my nails turn out perfectly every time and they last SO long. I really appreciate how mindful they are to not over-file nails or cut cuticles. I feel like my nails look and feel way healthier after coming here. It can get busy so definitely try to book in advance!

Le did an AMAZING job on my nails. I’ve been in twice now and will continue to be back. I got a gel x set with nail art and this last time I got a gel x fill. Le was detailed, quick, and able to bring my reference photo to life - I was so impressed! The salon is clean and friendly and very efficiently run. I am including the photo of my nails right after I got them done and then FIVE weeks later. Even after five weeks they looked good and felt sturdy. I am pretty tough on my nails (cleaning, working out, etc.) and they continued to hold up perfectly. The other photo is my new set I just got done! Definitely recommend!

The tech went the extra mile to make sure everything was exactly right - the shaping, the colors, and the design. The attention to detail is always wonderful.

My first time visiting Kim Nails & Beauty Lounge in Emeryville and had a wonderful experience! It was super easy and convenient to book my appointment on their website and then I got a text confirmation. You can also text them any design inspo for a quote. Their prices are comparable to many good nail salons. I used to go to San Jose and Fremont but it was too far. Super happy to find one closer to me! I got builder gel and pearl chrome design for $85. Le did a great job and took her time in prepping and shaping my nails which is super important for me because that helps my manicure last long. Will be coming back. I highly recommend booking an appointment or calling ahead, they do walk ins but are super busy so best to book appointment.

Got full acrylics for the first time in years and omg I loooove this place. Professional and great quality. Le worked diligently to help me pick out the right colors. I will be back. Update: I’ve been back twice and I still love this place. They consistently give me exactly what I ask for and I’ve noticed my nails stay nice and healthy underneath the acrylics, and Le always goes above and beyond to make sure your nails are perfect. NOTE: If you book on the website make sure you get a text confirming the time. Just because you request the time doesn’t mean it’s available.
