Venice Nails & Spa

I visited Venice Nail & Spa today for the first time, and I had such a great experience! I didn’t have an appointment, but they greeted me right away and Jant took amazing care of me. I got a new Gel-X set and a pedicure, and everyone was so kind throughout the whole visit. We had great conversation, the service was relaxing, and my nails came out beautiful. I got the cat eye. I absolutely love my nails and this will definitely be my new nail place! Highly recommend! 💅✨

This was wonderful. I am so glad I listened to the reviews and came here. The team is amazing, I got a acrylic set of nails for my wedding and I was so impressed by Jennifer and her attention to detail she made sure I had perfect symmetry and got exactly what I wanted for me wedding nails. She added extra glitter and extra bling and when I was unsure she would said trust me and I am so glad I did! She is very experienced and truly an artist. I also got a great pedicure service. I tend to get severe ingrown and they took them out painlessly and effectively. Lastly, I love the clean and elegant atmosphere. I could tell the place was excellent by the sheer volume of customers. Every tech was working skillfully and it was a full house! I am very impressed I will be coming back here for sure.

Ever since I moved to Ontario, California, I am really very happy to find Venice Nails & Spa , everyone is very professional especially Jennifer is amazing. She did wonderful job with my nails. You are awesome Jennifer keep up the good work. I definitely will see you next time.🥰👌👏

I went here long ago and was disappointed. They have a new energy now. Outstanding nail design! Jennifer even did 3D flowers for me. Since I was so happy with the service and my nails, I went back just 2 weeks later. Instead of waiting another week to get them done in my home state.

Unfortunately, I would have to give a 1 star review for this service and would likely not return. The actual look of the gel French tip pedicure was nice. I am not 100% sure about the cleanliness of the tools used. When I was seated, the tools were being set up and did not appear that they were single use. The pedicure was $27 and gel French tip add on is $18. I agreed to this pricing and she began her work. My stylist was a bit rough and this resulted in an error she couldn’t hide. She seemed distracted and ended up cutting me on my big toe. At the time of this review, I am still bleeding and my pedicure was 3 days ago. My stylist attempted to hide it and did not acknowledge it with me or apologize. I understand mistakes can happen and therefore if she had apologized or offered a discount I would give this a 3-star review or higher based on quality care. However, she attempted to hide it by dunking my foot in water right after. She continued to work on it, I regret not speaking up but was giving her the opportunity to address it and she was aware I was checking on the status of my nails. After my pedicure, she put the tools back in her cart unsanitized. Therefore, I would urge others to make sure the tools they use are single use or autoclaved and sanitized in new packaging. The lack of customer service skills ultimately made the review a 1-star review.
