Miracle Nails & Bar

I just moved to Monrovia and was excited to try Miracle Nails because I can walk there. I had a full set of Gel-X done on Saturday, July 26, 2025 with Holly. Everyone in the salon seemed friendly and professional, which made me hopeful. Unfortunately, once I got home and looked closely, the set was badly done—uneven lengths, bulky tips, lumpy surfaces, and a strange “candy-corn” shape. Even my daughter said press-ons would look better. Because the staff seemed sincere, I went back to give them a chance to make it right. On Tuesday, July 29, I spoke with a woman I believe was Tren (sister of Vi). She thanked me for coming in and asked me to return Wednesday, July 30 at 5:00 PM, assuring me she’d set me up with one of their best techs. I left work early, got ready, and walked over—only to be told at the front desk that there was no appointment on the books and the person who scheduled me wasn’t there. No solution was offered, and I wasn’t offered a refund either. So I ended up with a full set I’m unhappy with and a wasted afternoon. I wanted to love this place, but between the poor quality Gel-X and the missed “make-it-right” appointment, I can’t recommend Miracle Nails. I won’t be back.

I’m in shock right now, so angry 😡 what is up with these nail salons??! I’ve been going to this salon for over 6 months, paid good money for my services. I’ll admit I didn’t always tip because like most, the economy has been hard on me. The owner answered the phone when I tried to make an appointment for tomorrow morning. She said she’s busy…no problem. Then I slowly realized something was very out of sorts when I tried to schedule another day this week. She finally admitted that no nail tech wants to work on me, that her sister who works there also “ told her something”? I even asked, “did I do something wrong, I don’t understand?” She just wouldn’t tell me. These nail salons seem to feel they have the luxury to pick and choose who they serve. Ethically, a good business will serve people of ALL backgrounds. Sorry I’m not filthy rich and couldn’t tip $20 bills or wasn’t the right whatever. Please consider taking your hard earned money elsewhere. If they did that to me, they’re not good people

This is the most peaceful salon. Their customer service is impecable. Everyone is kind, patient and caring. Tran, Vi, Chastity, Brenda, Kim, and Louie are awesome!

The salon’s design is both stylish and inviting, making it a joy to visit. The staff is professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to ensure you’re happy. My nails turned out flawless and have stayed perfect for weeks!
