I went here for the first time to get a full set and a pedicure. Both ladies we're very nice. The salon was clean. The reason why I give it one star is because of the outrageous price, plus my nails look terrible. I about had a heart attack when I went to the front and was told how much I was being charged. The full set was $80 which was expected. I wanted a V French manicure with some bling on it. They had the audacity to charge me $125 total. She told me it was going to be more if I wanted a V French manicure with some bling. I expected to pay about $20 more. I sure didn't think 45.00 more. That just seems outrageous and I would have never wanted that design if I knew it was going to be $45 more. Honestly my nails did not turn out like the picture I had showed her. The diamonds she put on we're way too big and look extremely tacky. So the fact that I had to pay $45 for a tacky nail design irritated me. So for a full set of nails with a v French manicure with some bling and a classic pedicure with gel nail polish it cost me $175. That's absolutely outrageous. So with a tip it cost $189. That is just way too much for some nails that didn't turn out the way I like them. I was highly disappointed and will not be coming back again.

Painful and overpriced with long wait times. Was quoted hour 1/2 for manicure and pedicure and it took over 3 hours and over $200. Gel Manicure was done terrible and she filed my free edges so much the file went into my skin and cut me. She used the electric file and kept getting my cuticles on 3 fingers, again bleeding. Nail art was nice though! I’m not from here and went to Serenity Nails based on reviews. I won’t be back.

Always very happy with my experience at Serenity. I started with Jenny in 2021 and have continued to go back! Jenny is an artist! Care is always taken with each manicure and pedicure treatment. Clean, quiet, relaxing environment. I knew right away that I would not go to another nail salon ever again. Experience it yourself.

I have been a client of Jenny's for a few years. She's so creative and sweet! All the ladies here are amazing! If you have ticklish feet, they're so careful! Absolutely beautiful inside. Everyone is so friendly! Serenity Nail Spa is new, so spread the word! They have glow in the dark polish and mood polish!

I’m not coming back for any type of manicure, I was ripped off. I came as a walk-in for a mani and pedi. The pedicure was fine, nail polish was put on incorrectly but I don’t care much about my toe nails so it was whatever to me. After the pedicure I was moved to get my manicure. I requested Medium almond dip nails and provided a reference photo of what I like/ have had previously. I did not get anything close to what I wanted. I knew once the nails were glued and cut they were too short and it all went down hill from there. The nail tech was working extremely fast and there was absolutely no attention to detail. My cuticles were not trimmed or cleaned, the nails are lumpy, bumpy, too short. The girl who was going to go after me and sitting next to me changed her mind after seeing how mine were going. I’m very bad at speaking up for myself and I just wanted to cry at this point. It was very upsetting to be paying so much, for nails I absolutely hate. Don’t come as a walk in, although I don’t think having an appointment would help you either as they seemed to squeeze in everyone and not care about the quality of work being provided.
