I have tried all the nail shops on my side of the freeway so with the reviews I decided to try this shop. I was taken quickly as they weren't busy, but I would say the service is not stellar. I wasn't asked if I wanted to get a different pedicure then the basic one, the guy that did my toes were rough, and bad breath and there was a cockroach (not a water bug, an actual german cockroach) crawling around the floor. My nails look nice, but wasn't a great experience. Won't go there again.

Highly disappointed. I went as a walk in with no rush. I thought luckily it’s empty only one person getting a pedicure. Minutes later the man starts gluing nails on and asking for length. I wanted medium but it started off long so I asked for a little shorter it got to a point some nails were longer than the others. I was sent to the next person she was going to apply acrylic. I asked if she could fix the lengths she did. While laying acrylic I had pieces of bristle in my acrylic I let it go thinking when it’s filed maybe it will come off. Before that I mention I want square she starts off square and ended up coffin shape on some. Another customer walks in for a pedicure and she lost complete focus after that. She didn’t file my nails or buff. I have acrylic everywhere on my finger tips on my cuticles. I’m waiting for the next step before I know it she rudely says” go over there” and calls the next lady over. I thought she meant wash my hands. You can clearly tell the man was highly upset about it. He obviously mentioned something to her because they were going back and forth. The man had applied my friend’s acrylic and shape perfectly. She was sent over to the same lady that was working on my nails for painting. She wanted a black v French tip. She stated she could do it but I was bulky french tip. We showed her a picture and again she said she could do it. At the same time another lady came in for service asked how long she said not long and she said okay I’ll come back at the moment she wasn’t even focused. The work began more sloppy after that. It was like she was upset we were asking for things to be fixed that should’ve been done the first time. As I’m sitting with the man we’re looking for a color. Dark brown. He tried his best but they didn’t have it the have spring colors. I ended up with dull acrylics. My friend is having a hard time with the lady. She ended up passing on the French tip and the lady still insists but it wasn’t only about the work being good enough she was more worried about the next customers than the ones she already had. Her work is half fast and sloppy, her approach is rude. While taking off the polish she left black on my friends nail and my friend has to ask for it to be removed completely. She also left with her nails dull. For uneven nails and two dull sets of acrylic we were charged $35 each. For what exactly I’m not sure. At this point I’m upset and don’t want to argue. I don’t recommend to anyone.

I love this place. I can't say enough good things. They are so gentle with my nails. I normally get very nervous at nail salons cause most places don't care about the process, this place is just different. I'm actually relaxed during the entire process, it's changed my expectations for nail salons. I won't go anywhere else now cause of how spoiled I feel here. Creations is true quality. They have every color I could want and my nails actually feel healthy again. Highly recommend you make the drive or stop by and see for yourself. I've never needed an appointment because I come late but if you go tell them Holly sent you.

So about a year ago I left 5 stars. This time I must add, this place never disappoints. I typically bring in pics and they get the job done! This time Wendy reproduced some nail art that I am sure my students will love! Chrome nails with Back to School Nail Design! Definitely a winner!

I’m putting this review because I was not satisfied with my nails. Since I made my appointment with Kim, I thought she was gonna do a good job m, but seemed she was in a hurry to go put on some eyelashes that came in as a walk in. I found a new place so I won’t be coming here no more sad to say since I love to get my pedicures here. I know this is not the correct shape I asked for let alone the length.
