i came early on tuesday & got such a relaxing pedi from titi! SHES MY NEW GO TO CUS THE WAY THESE TOES LOOK?? gorgeous! she took her time, did everything with such care & was FRIENDLY! the manager was here too and she’s a sweetheart as well. Sometimes you go to salons where no one talks with you, that’s not the case here. i’m so glad i gave this salon a try, all the ladies are talented & nice. + the salon itself? CLEAN & smelling good! the spa chair is so comfy, & gives great massages, it hugs you lol. i will DEFINITELY BE BACK! TITI GOT HERSELF A CLIENT FOR LIFE 💕

I am not the type to come on and write a negative review . I’ve been coming here for some time now and today I had a bad experience. I wanted acrylic x short nails nail tech kept insisting for me to get gel x and I kept insisting I didn’t want gel x , then she said it’s the same price . That’s not true because when the owner did my nails before she said acrylic is cheaper . She kept insisting for gel x so I felt pressured to say yes . She then proceeded to ask me if I wanted my cuticles cut , I had never been asked that because nail techs before already do it . After she cut my cuticles she said my total was $60 and I said $60 for short nails she said yes $50 for nails and $10 because she cut my cuticles . I looked at her and said “ you’re charging me extra just to cut my cuticles you never told me that before “ she then laughs and says okay no $55 . This is upsetting that nail techs aren’t telling clients what they are being charged for before hand . Trying to charge just to cut cuticles is absolutely ridiculous. That’s like going to subway and being charged for tomato on your sandwich. Please teach your staff to be honest and transparent with prices before offering any service.

I had a terrible experience here. I repeatedly told the lady I wanted acrylic. She kept pushing gel X on me which made me uncomfortable with her ability to execute acrylic so I went with Gel X she kept trying to push a different length than I wanted. I showed her a reference picture and she basically did Nothing of what I wanted. I wanted three fingers with French tip and two fingers with a flower design. She quoted me $65 for that I ended up with three full color nails and two designs and she charged me $70. When I told her about what she originally quoted me she just kept telling me no. I even expressed to her that one of my nails were crooked and she kept telling me no that she was going to fix it when she filed it, but the nail was just put on incorrectly this is my first and last time ever coming here. I’m very disappointed with my service.

Very first time coming in! Came because of the good reviews. Lili was the one the attend me, her service and kindness was amazing! Very beautiful work, so attentive with my little toddler who came in with me. I’m not from this area, but when I come I will definitely be stopping by! I highly recommend. Clean, and great work!

My pedicure was amazing 100/10! My rating is based solely off of my set I asked for a simple black French tip almond set. I asked several times for her to fix the issues I had and she jus making it worse. Extremely unhappy 2/10 Updated review: got contacted and they fixed my issues for free! Even added designs to all my fingers! Great customer service and satisfied with the new results! Thank you🤎
