2025-08-01Not happy with service, went to get a basic manicure and ended up with a bad paint job and irritated cuticles which cost me about 40 bucks. Area was not cleaned prior to manicure either. I was asked if I wanted gel to which I replied no. She then started doing the gel process, I told her I didn’t want gel and she said gel was the only manicure option which didn’t make sense. Out of fear of confrontation I cut my losses and didn’t say anything but I will not be returning.
