I went to this nail shop for a regular pedicure and a full set for myself and my daughter. I specifically asked for a regular pedicure, but we were charged for the most expensive pedicure. When I mentioned this to the staff, they apologized but still charged me the higher amount. I ended up paying $210, which is much higher than the usual $80 per person. have to pay the amount. I asked her girl if she can please doublecheck to see if I was getting charged the correct amount because I did not request what I was getting charged she said unfortunately the service was provided and that was my total amount.. Please don’t go to this spot if you wanna be charged an arm in the leg for not a great service

I was really surprised at the quality of work I had today. When I went into the shop I asked for Christine. I was told that it was her day off. So I asked if I could get the lady with the clip on her hair. Later found out her name was Lily. Nevertheless, I was given a different lady. when she first sat down to start my gel pedi I informed her that I had alot of dry skin and I would like my toe nails cut short because I wear closed toe shoes at work and they are a bit long. The lady brushed me off and said I KNOW I KNOW I WILL CUT DOWN. SHE DIDNT! When she did my pedicure she took off nothing absolutely nothing of cuticle. Mind u I haven't had a pedicure for a month so I know I should have some dry cuticle. The lady never asked me what package I wanted. SHE DECIDED FOR ME I GUESS. I informed her my big toe had a cracked nail so she put acrylic on my big toe. She did everything so fast so rushed even when it came to using that little yellow scrubber she did it so fast she was burnt my skin. She said YOU'RE TICKELISH I SAID NO IT HURTS. She ended with lotion usually I get a 10 min massage right that's what we pay for also. NOPE MINE WAS LESS THAN A MINUTE. SHE went on to do my hands. She did that alot better. she actually gave me a good yet fast manicure. She took off alot of dry cuticle. and again when it came to lotion on my hands and a little massage...less than a minute. I go to pay at the register and the lady says $80. Mind u NO BREAKDOWN of what I'm paying for. The lady says well she says she put acrylic on your toe. which she did. But, damn $80. When I go with Christine I pay $80 and I get a package with AWESOME SERVICE AND GREAT MASSAGE. She takes pride in her work. This lady rushed through everything. I had to tell her on 2 occasions to cut my toe nails. She brought out a file. FINALLY she had cut them but refused to cut my big toe nails. Let me just say I'm highly disappointed in today's service. Yes I got my 20% off because that is what was owed to me for today's service. This really makes me sad and disappointed. I'm not looking for anything free. I just feel that if I paid $80 or was quoted $80 I really should have got $80 service. When she was scrubbing my feet with the yellow scrubber she burned my skin because she was trying to do it so fast.

Amazing service 👏 great people, I took my wife to mani and pedi with a scrub and it was $65. I believe I met the owner too he sat down a couple chairs next to me and we had a short talk he seem very nice and polite. I sure will return, maybe I'll get a mani pedi next time too...

Service was mid. I had to tell the lady to file down my nails because they weren’t even and rounded. 2 days later my little toe nail broke. Same day my big toe nail cracked in the middle and now its broken and ugly. ???? I’m disappointed because they came out cute but seriously. I didn’t even go out or do anything for my nails to break. They got caught on my blanket. I hope they can my toe nails. Literally first and last time I come here.

Came in close to closing got my nails done amazingly I love them payed 105 more than I expected but they had colors I never thought I wanted and an idea happen so pretty and she did great can't wait to go back and get other things done (pics don't do them justice) I brought the stickers
