Reasonable price for a custom style. The staffs are so nice, the place looks clean and upscale, I finally find our permanent nail salon for my daughter and I. We will see guys again soon. Thank you all staff again for making my daughter feel special today. You guys are the best!

Had a great experience here. Parked in the garage a few doors down and was done within an hour! As a new client I felt welcomed. Artist was super detailed with my dip and gel combo. I will definitely be coming back again!

This is definitely not how I pictured leaving the nail salon. I’ve been a loyal customer for almost two years and always had good experiences in the past. The nail tech I usually went to has left, and after previously receiving poor-quality work from another technician, I made it very clear when booking that I did not want to be scheduled with her again. I also asked to be placed with someone who was confident and skilled with designs. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. I was booked with the exact person I asked to avoid. From the beginning, communication was difficult. I explained multiple times that I didn’t mind if my nails had to be shortened, as long as they were the same length and shape. That’s a basic request, and yet every time I tried to bring it up, she pushed back and was confused at my request . She couldn’t get the shape or length to match, and eventually got so frustrated that she stood up and called someone else over. At that point, I felt so uncomfortable that I chose to leave without finishing the appointment. If a nail tech can’t manage the basics like shape and length, how could I trust them with a design? This experience was really disappointing, especially considering how much I’ve supported this salon over the years and the price of their services.

My initial visit to Lavender Dream was incredibly inviting. They offer a wide variety of high-quality nail polishes and options. The ambiance was delightful, exuding a warm, serene, and luxurious vibe. Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed by Vy, a genuinely lovely individual with a wonderful personality! She provided me with great suggestions and was gentle, attentive, and friendly. The rest of the team was equally welcoming! Vy complimented my nails, noting how healthy and beautiful they looked. Having never received such compliments before, it truly made my day, especially since my nails are natural. She did a fantastic job, and I will definitely be returning to see her again. I've found my new go-to nail technician! Thank you, Vy 😊, for such a wonderful experience!

The best nail salon in WC! They do a great job, my manicure and pedicure always lasts well, and the staff is very nice and accommodating. I chipped one of my toe nails a few days after getting a pedicure once and I went in and they fixed it for me no problem. They always make sure the customer is completely satisfied. The woman at the front desk is very friendly and nice as well. Always a pleasant experience — thank you Lavender Dreams!
