2021-10-26(Are half stars a thing?) This was my second time going to Forum and just like last time, they did a very poor job. I really didn’t wanna go but it was a last minute thing. This time I switched nail techs thinking I was going to get a different results but I was wrong. I get medium long coffin shape and this set is absolutely awful. Extremely atrocious and I can’t wait to take them off. Two of my nails are crooked; my pinky on my right hand and my ring finger on my left hand. They are bumpy and my gel is uneven. They lack creativity and have VERY LIMITED new age options. However the customer service was decent but the quality of their work is probably why I could walk-in on a Friday after 5 PM and be immediately serviced. Millennial women don’t come here, you’ll leave disappointed.

2023-02-27Went to this salon for a simple spa pedicure. Tom cut way to much of my cuticles. One of my big toes bled until the next morning, I woke up to my sock stuck to my other big toe because it got infected. Then when I called they showed no concern over the matter. Will never go back again!!!!

2020-12-30I came to this place thinking I could get a decent mani/pedi, and look at the turn out of my hands. I could have done this at home. It's frustrating how they treat their male customers. Never again will I come to this nail salon.
