EZ NAILS

Every time I come here they rush your nails, are rude when you ask for them to fix corners or will just ignore you. I come here a lot but would ONLY recommend booking with the owners as they are the only ones who care about your nails. These photos are “fresh out of the salon”. Embarrassing for a $60 manicure.

Had the best experience here. Im not from here and just became a first time mom so going somewhere new is always scary especially knowing it’s been awhile since I had a little time to pamper myself. The lady who did my pedicure was so sweet and amazing. My feet needed work. I couldn’t appreciate how comfortable she made me feel. I didn’t catch her name but I did get Mia. She’s the one who gave me a full set knowing I walked in a hour and 45 mins before closing and still made it happen. She was great gave me exactly what I wanted! I’m so happy with my nails! Huge thank you to the girls that went out of there way for me! Ez nails will forever have my business.

So, I came here on Sunday in hopes to get my nails fixed that a previous nail tech had done on me the day before, I was so embarrassed when I walked in to show the nail tech my hands the guy who greeted me was so nice and suggested I get a new set considering how bad my nails were. I was seated immediately and Tyler started on my nails. I’ve been to many nail show shops and this one was by far the best I have been in the 15 years of getting my nails done. I was so satisfied by the outcome and Will definitely be coming back, i even scheduled and appointment to have my daughters nails fixed as well. Thank you Ez nails for your amazing customer service 😉

I’ve been going to this nail salon since I moved to the Bay Area, and I haven’t had any issues. The people have done a good job and are usually very nice. Today I went in to have a broken nail fixed, and a technician whose badge said Tyler gave me an uncomfortable experience. It was so much so that I had to walk away and request someone else to do my nail. He poorly groomed the nail that was jagged underneath and tried to glue a new nail to it. He got glue all over my finger and the plastic nail kept popping off. While filing my nails, he was doing it so aggressively that it hurt the sides of my finger. He was applying the acrylic sloppily, and when he used the electric file, he cut me. I reactively pulled my hand back because it hurt. Instead of an apology, he blamed it on me for pulling my hand away. This is not at all acceptable client service. I’m pretty disappointed since I’ve had good experiences here thus far.

Emma is my girl& always gets me right. I will always be her loyal client! I’ve been seeing her for almost 3 years now.
