2025-10-15This hairdresser doesn’t even deserve a 1 star but I’ll give that as his cut is decent. Today I took my 10 year old son to get his hair cut and asked for a high and tight and explained what he wanted. She started cutting his hair and asking him to move his head in certain directions, it caught my attention because she started being aggressive in telling him to hold still and stop moving his head and as I watched he was moving his head cause she was pushing on it, after she kept being aggressive I got up and walked over and asked her if she was able to cut kids hair as she seemed frustrated, she snapped back with “I cut lots of kids hair, he keeps moving” I said while he is a child and it looks like your pushing on him that’s why he’s moving. I stood next to them the rest of the cut. I asked my son if he was ok and he said he had hair on his face which I brushed off for him. She should not be cutting kids hair. She doesn’t have the patients or mannerisms for it. She never apologized. DO NOT LET Nichole L at Anderson covert cuts do your kids haircut. She received no tip and shouldn’t be working there.

2025-08-24I arrived at 6:30 PM, saw your “Open until 7:00 PM” sign—and yet I was turned away because you’d supposedly already taken your last haircut for the day. Please clarify your actual hours so I can avoid this confusion in the future. Also there was no customers waiting place was empty.

2025-08-11Absolutely Shocked — We Will Not Be Back We’ve had both good and bad haircuts here before, but today’s experience was the last straw. The high turnover and constant new hires are one thing — but when those new hires clearly don’t care about their work, that’s another. Our stylist today, Sarah R., rushed through the haircut because they were busy. She didn’t blend the taper, shaved the sides unevenly, and even cut the top shorter than requested. The sideburns weren’t even close to matching. This wasn’t a “missed a spot” situation — it was obvious she simply didn’t care. To make it worse, she didn’t even blow off the hair afterward. My son had hair all over him and had to take his shirt off as soon as we got in the car. The robe wasn’t tied properly, so hair went everywhere. For someone in this profession, taking zero pride in your work is unacceptable. It felt like the goal was to rush through as many customers as possible, not to give a decent haircut. They even discourage people from waiting by telling them it’s a long wait, instead of suggesting booking online. Now I have to pay for a second haircut tomorrow with a barber just to fix this. I can handle a less-than-perfect cut — I’ve had crooked trims before and just had them fix it — but I’ve never experienced something this bad. If I had delivered this quality of work in any job I’ve had, I’d be embarrassed to let a customer leave. Lesson learned: if you want a decent haircut, avoid rushed chain shops that hire people fresh out of school who don’t care. Spend the extra money and go to a reputable barber. It’s worth it for the quality, respect, and professionalism you’ll get.

2024-08-10Went to get my son's hair cut before school started. Showed the hairstylist a couple pictures of what he wanted. Explained he doesn't want a fade or shaved sides/back of the head. She started cutting his hair, I had to leave to use the restroom as their restroom is for employees only. Came back and they were almost done. Paid and left. Gave my son a shower upon returning home to get the extra hair washed off and noticed they left a rat tail (which I ended up cutting off at home) and when he got dried off and everything I took a look again at his hair and noticed the entire backside of his haircut was completely botched and uneven. My son said the hairdresser was talking crap about a psoriasis spot on his scalp while cutting his hair, to another hairdresser who was working next to her. The hairdresser didn't even attempt to make conversation with my son. He was visibly upset. Called to let then know they botched his haircut that I paid almost $32 for (that's with the tip) and they told me "oh that's normal for hair to do upon wetting" which I highly doubt. Was told to bring him back and they'd fix it BUT why would I return when it was messed up already? I also don't drive so transportation is an issue and I had to find a ride the 1st time going, can't find another one to even go back. Very disappointing hair cut and manner of the hairdresser. Didn't get her name but I wish I had. Probably won't be back any time soon. Such a shame.

2025-04-23I have been going to this Salon for over two years and have been given good service and thprice of a senior cut. Last visit I asked to trim the already layers of my curly hair and was charged 35.00 for a layer cut with no senior discount Disappointed to pay such a price for a senior trim.. The new girl did not bend the rules,however.I will not return plus not even a layer cut she trimmed the ends .I was in the chair for about 10 minutes.I didn't get a layer cut
