So I was very skeptical about all the bad reviews but I had the best experience as this was my first time coming here. I was greeted and asked to sit down one of the ladies working there approached me and asked if I knew what design I wanted and when I showed her I was seated on a chair and was told it would be 15 minutes. V approached me and asked me what design I wanted and proceeded to help do my nails She was so nice and gentle loved the experience Definitely found my to go nail spot Thank you V!!!

Was having a 50th birthday party so I went there for the first time to get A brand new set of nails and pedicure. The pedicure was fine but when I got home and looked at my nails they weren’t glued all the way down to my real nail. I called them back about five days later because I was In the middle of getting my birthday party ready and they did not offer any compensation at all! Will never go back!

I love it here! I don't go anywhere else! My husband loves it too!

I got a spa pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was good, but the manicure was a wreck. I was there for 2 hours and my nails were still tacky when I left. If the polish I chose wasn't good, they should have said something. Now I'm home, 3 hours later, and my nails are a mess. They're imprinted smudged and clumped up. (And I'm not hard on them, I was trying to be careful) I'm going to have to remove the polish and do them again. What a waste of time. 😓 hopefully the pedicure lasts

My overall experience was absolutely remarkable. It not only made my first-time journey enjoyable but also enriched my understanding of life and so much more. I felt engaged and enlightened throughout, as I learned new perspectives and gained invaluable insights that broadened my horizons.
