Excellence Nails - Nails Salon in Victorville

Got my daughter nails done here this was our first time here the people were very nice and Linda did such a beautiful job on my daughters nails and she listened to what she wanted. We will definitely be coming back.

I absolutely love how my nails turned out! The attention to detail and care that went into every step was truly impressive. The shape is perfect, and the color is exactly what I wanted. The nails feel strong yet flexible, and the design is flawless. I always come here for my nails, and I’m never disappointed. The service is consistently excellent, and even without an appointment, they always accommodate me with a smile. The relaxing and friendly atmosphere makes every visit enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with the result and will definitely be returning for my next appointment!

First with the positive. Customer service was incredible. The place was clean and they quickly helped me, even though I did not have an appointment. My pedicure looks great. However another person did my manicure. It looks like my daughter did it. They're supposed to be almond shape and each has a different shape. They're thick and bumpy. Every time I mentioned it she said they would file out. Not to mention that they look like there's a week growth and I just left the salon. Definitely do not recommend manicure here.

I love Linda. She’s the shop owner . She gets me in right away and always does an excellent job. They offer a variety of pedicures as well . I highly recommend.

Beware—this place has changed its name to hide bad reviews. Previously named Helen Nails & Spa. The same lady who owned that one owns this one. I remember seeing a lot of negative reviews under their previous name, and now they’ve mysteriously disappeared. That alone should’ve been my warning. I’ve given this salon more than one chance, and I’m truly disappointed and concerned about the hygiene and care here. I came in for a pedicure recently and the technician (who looked very young and possibly unlicensed) cut into my toe deeply, causing sharp, shooting pain that I’m now treating at home with antibiotic ointment. The pain is still throbbing and making it hard to walk or sleep. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. I came for acrylics before and left with multiple cuts on my fingers, painful swelling, and later developed a fungal infection. That should have been my sign not to return, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Clearly, there is a serious lack of training, hygiene, and proper licensing at this salon. If you care about your health and safety, I strongly recommend going somewhere else. No one should have to leave a nail salon in pain or fearing infection.
