Gloss Nail Lounge

I love Gloss nails! I’ve never had a bad experience here & all the gals and guys are so nice. It’s kept very clean and has such a cute interior. I see Katee regularly now and she is incredibly talented with nail art but also such a good nail tech in general. She pays close attention to detail and wants your nails to look perfect. I've been going here for several months and am impressed of the quality of work, it is consistently amazing every time. The other employees are great, but I have been a repeat customer of Calliope. I've always had issues with ingrown nails and she helps me every time. It hardly hurts, she is very careful in trimming them, and really the pain I do have is bc I waited too long in between appointments. She also does beautiful acrylics, the pics on this review are from my visit today. I highly recommend Gloss Nails!

Honestly, have been trying to find a home salon since I relocated to the area! I’ve tried others in the area, and have not met what I need! I work in the service industry, but I still want pretty nails! My first time here a couple weeks ago. They got me in so quick, and Lina was a total joy to talk to and she did exactly what I wanted. She even took her time to look at nail colors with me! 1st pic is the day of, and the other pic is a little over a weeks time. No chipping, no lifting, these puppies are set tight! I will be back for my fill when that time comes! Would recommend, especially for the bartender/server girlies that need cute and sturdy nails!!! ❤️✨🥰 Thanks again!

I have always heard good things about this location but I will not be returning. A LOT happened within my appointment but what stood out the most was the fact that the woman who did my nails acted like I was such an inconvenience. Plans had changed & I ended up having something on my nails for my appointment which she proceeded to pry my fake nails off with another nail by shoving it between my real nails + the fake. She told me she didn’t have enough time to soak them. What I asked for (a showed her several times) is COMPLETELY different than that I ended up with. As someone who has issues complaining about customer service- I don’t expect perfection… I told her several times I didn’t like the process. The quality of the nails were great but I cannot even defend the result.

The best nail salon ever!! Super friendly and excellent, above and beyond service. Mya is the most kind, generous, and helpful human ever! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
