Bliss Nail Lounge

I used to be a loyal customer but unfortunately I don’t think I will be going again anytime soon. I only got white gel on my nails and asked for one tiny heart on each hand and one bow on each hand. I figured it would be slightly extra for the designs, but nobody had said it would be five dollars each. I ended up paying 20 dollars for these designs on top of the normal price and with a tip and the gel was thin, so it peeled off in less than a week. I think the pricing is unfair and they should have told me before continuing with the design. Usually I have good experiences but it’s getting harder to keep up with pricing, especially when I spend almost 90 on those simple nails.

I came here for my wedding toes/nails with my mother in law for our pedicures and came back the next day for my manicure/acrylics with my mom after she landed in Memphis. Both days we all had a great experience! Our nail techs were so so sweet and kind! The salon was immaculately clean and so relaxing. My nails turned out perfect, and I got compliments all weekend! This will for sure be my go-to nail spot whenever we visit the in-laws!

Will NOT be returning. I requested that Lee shape my nails so that they’re no longer dull & rounded( I wanted square shape) twice before she finished the fill-in. She refused to do so. I then stated at the register that I was not pleased with my nails and the older female asked me to return on tomorrow so that she could fix it, rather than finding someone else to do it. As an inconvenience to me!! Oh I forgot to mention that I paid &150.00 for this POOR SERVICE. I left feeling upset & rushed. As if my complaint did not matter. So I will NOT RECOMMEND anyone to this place of business.

My daughter and I both LOVE Bliss Nails!! We go there for all our nail needs! Their salon is always meticulously clean, the technicians are always engaging, and they set and meet very high quality standards. We both recommend Bliss to all of our friends! This week I wanted to try something different and they helped me figure out the perfect combo. I’m attaching a picture bc it turned out so cool! Try them!! You won’t be disappointed!!

Based on a recommendation from someone that Kristy was great with any designs, I booked an appt with her, and WOW. I am so impressed with her skills. She did better than the Pinterest inspo pic and was so nice and meticulous. In the past, I’ve experienced other salons that seemed annoyed or uninterested in doing designs, but she was enthusiastic about it the whole time and did such a great job! The space was clean and peaceful and all staff was really nice - I will definitely be back!
