2025-04-29I’ve noticed the sign on the door says “Walk-Ins Welcome,” but I’ve tried walking in three different times and was told each time that they couldn’t accommodate me due to existing appointments. I was offered the option to schedule for the next day or a future date, which I appreciate. I completely understand that places get busy and that operations may have shifted toward appointment-based service — and that’s totally fine. However, if walk-ins are no longer truly available, it might be helpful to update the sign to reflect that. That way, expectations are clear for anyone dropping by without an appointment. Just sharing this as constructive feedback. Thank you!
