The staff are super, super sweet and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. They really take their time to make sure everything looks perfect, and the results were amazing. I have always used LV nails and been very satisfied with my service from the older gentleman there. Today being my birthday I wanted to go get my nails done. When I arrived they told me he was no longer there, so I sat down with a woman instead. I told her what I wanted which was very simple and she kept trying to talk me into doing something else but I told her no thank you. She starts drilling my nails very roughly making my cuticles bleed as if she was angry. Then she starts doing my nails differently from what I asked and I said “this is not what I’m wanting, I asked for this” she then proceeds to stand up and tell me that I need to leave and go somewhere else because she’s not going to do it. I was really taken back and upset but I left and kept my cool and told her thank you anyways, have a great day. I went elsewhere and got exactly what I asked for without any problems.

My first time going to lv nails and I will never go back! I asked for a simple white French tip acrylic nails set and my nails a really thick crooked and just down right ugly. The lady went to fast and then it even burned when she put on the acrylic to the point I was worried I was going to cry. I paid 50 dollars for something my kid probably could have done a better job on and now I have to go pay more money to get them taken off and fixed
