Star Nails & Lash

I have been seeing Quinn for a year now and she is absolutely amazing!! She is able to do so many fun and beautiful things with my nails and she is so kind and funny just to top it off! The environment of this salon is friendly and clean and the people are all so nice. I can’t rave about it enough! And I again need to shout out my girl Quinn because she always goes above and beyond for me and I recommend every person who compliments my nails to see her all the time!

Please note I got these done 2 weeks ago (hence why they’re a bit grown out) but I wanted to make sure I made a review! I love this salon everyone is so welcoming! However, my favorite nail tech is Amy. She does the best designs in such a timely manner and is so talented, sweet, and conversational. I really recommend her if anyone loves getting designs like this in the picture. Love Star Nails especially Amy!

I just had a wonderful experience at Falling Leaves with technician Quinn. The manicure and pedicure above really impressed me: the color gradient is subtle, the pattern is soft but very artistic. Quinn worked with meticulousness and professionalism, giving me a sense of luxury and charm. This is definitely a place worth coming back to many times.

Hena did an amazing job with my gel pedicure and manicure. She didn’t try and push anything on me that I didn’t want and she did not ignore my requests to keep both toenails and fingernails short. She was thorough, pleasant and did excellent work. The salon as a whole is very clean and organized and I had zero wait time during a weekday morning. There is a charge to remove gel and add gel, but that’s pretty standard across the industry. I highly recommend Hena with Star Nails and will be returning to her every time!

I was there before thanksgiving and inhave to say this is the dirtiest and worse nail salon in little rock. They sit me at table 10 i believe. The guy did my nails and cut my cuticles and made me bleed and acted like nothing happend. The girl who sit right next to him had done a pedicure and pull her cart from the pedicure station up to the hands station and started working on her customer with the same tools without cleaning up. So now im sure my nail guy that sit next to her probably do the same thing. I wole up this morning and the place where he cut me is swollen and hurting. Im going to the doctor this week. If i get a note from him stating that it is infected. The will be prepared for a lawsuit. You dont treat customers like that. He rushed on me the whole time and the girl sitting next to him. Everyone in there basically. They all dont speak english or barely any. He didnt understand anything i said or what i ask for. I wonder how can you pass the nail test if you dont speak english? Im going to call my sister i. Law who work for the department of health and make sure to check this place from top to bottom. Just really dirty. Now i think i have an infection. I bet hes not even license to do this. They will here from me soon after i get back from the doctor. I will sue them if i have too. Just disgusting and dirty.
