Sapa Nail Spa

Honestly it has just gone downhill. I used to go here a lot. Then I had a bad pedicure or two a few months ago, and I decided to try it again and I am again very disappointed. The polish is not good at all and I still had pink on my toes from my previous color when I left. (I got a very pale pedicure, so you can really see the pink). I added some photos. I got this pedicure the day the pics were taken. The polish is already peeling off?? You can also see the polish application is not great at all. My legs are also soooooo oily, I am gonna have to rinse them off before I get in bed. Pretty disappointed unfortunately.

Such easy service & wonderful professionalism by all. I haven’t had my nails done in years & I’ll be coming back here from now on! I am so happy with how my nails look & feel. They are natural looking but Gel Strong. I love them!

I asked for French manicure. I asked manicurist why it didn’t look right. She assured me it would be fine in a few days. I left next day to go to my son’s wedding in Seattle. I was gone for 2 1/2 weeks and when I returned I went back to salon and showed them my nails. They agreed she did a terrible job but said it was over 2 weeks so would not get refund. I explained I was not able to come back as I left town but they didn’t seem to care. Will NEVER return.

I normally never leave a review, but this is the worst salon I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I went in on a Sunday at 3 PM to get a full set. I didn’t leave until after 5:30 PM (they close at 5 PM ) I asked for pink powder and a French tip and the entire time I kept on telling my nail lady ( Kim ) that I didn’t like them and she kept on telling me that I would and to let her keep going, so I let her. I asked for a full on color just because the French was going so badly and she told me “no” to just wait and that I would like it at the end, towards the end these were the worst nails that I’ve ever gotten. The shape was horrible, they were so thick and ugly. multiple nails were crooked, and shaped differently . She cut me and she left my nails feeling super raw on top of that. It looked nothing like the photo. whenever I asked her if we could redo them with just a solid color, she told me no and to come back NEXT SATURDAY because she’ll be there to fix them and then the little girl in the front was telling me how she liked them and that she was sorry that I didn’t like them, but they were closing so I had to go. I’ve never had a nail salon Tell me no after I asked for a change multiple times, she told me no THREE TIMES during our two hour session. On top of that, they proceeded to charge me full price for a nail service after I told them I DIDNT LIKE THEM and I had to go to another salon after that to get them fixed somewhere else because I couldn’t walk around with the nails she left me with. i’ll attach some photos and the last photo will be the reference photo I used.

Ive been going to Sapa Nails for many many years and they never dissapoint. Ive been booking with Nu and Kim and they do such an amazing job! Best Salon in Lincoln by far.
