2025-11-06Tee was great!! 10/10 recommend. I got a number 3 pedicure and a builder gel manicure. I have been getting my nails done for decades and this is the best experience I have had. Too bad I live out of town! Thinking about making 2 1/2 hour drive just for the expertise I experienced.

2025-10-25I have been to McKayla Nails 3 times now. I was hoping I found a place that did good work and were friendly people too. I get a manicure (powder dip) and pedicure (gel) every 4 weeks. Two times the gel has come off at least 1 of my toenails and all 3 times the powder dip fades on the tips of my fingernails. This last time I had the owner do my nails and I asked her what the strongest was as I use my hands a lot. She confirmed powder dip as I had done previously. On the 3rd day the dip started chipping off. I called and told them about it as I was out of town. I went in exactly one week after my service as 6 of my nails had chipped off. She was so rude about it and if looks could kill.... She told me to come back 3 hours from when I walked in that they were too busy when there was only 1 person waiting. She didn't even ask me if I wanted to wait. She is all about asking you each time to leave a review when checking out and giving free bottles of cuticle oil for you to do so. Her whole demeanor changed when there was an issue with my nails and she became cold and rude. I will not be going back there again and I hope no one else has any issues with their nails. Pretty sad to spend a lot of money every month and then be treated that way. I would leave no stars if I could. Terrible service. Pictures below are of 1 week after getting the powder dip.....
