Absolutely the rudest owner or manager. She doesn’t want you to talk to your nail tech. Not accommodating to schedule. I tried to get an appointment with Heidi and she was rude and each day stated Heidi was not there. The man that works there is nice. I have been going there faithfully for more than a year, probably close to 2. I won’t go back. I have found my new nail home. They were fabulous.

I would not recommend this nail salon been going here for a while… The prices go up and the services get less. The service are super rushed. The prices change every time you go in. I know everything is going up but when you raise the prices on your services and rush through them, you don’t get the quality work or half the steps that are included in the service. For instance, you get a pedicure it’s rushed and half the steps that used to be included are eliminated. They always seem like they’re in a hurry so just in case somebody else walks in.. they will tell you they have time for your needs and then put you off in a chair to wait for 30 minutes while they rushed through somebody Else but make sure they have you locked in. It’s not at all fair when you’re cheated out of services that you pay for. Everything goes up..getting your nails done is not a top priority. Get it right if you want to stay in business there’s plenty other places to go. we work hard for our dollar and deserve better for what we pay for. Just a heads up their prices do not match their website advertisement they make up whatever they want.

I went to this location with my family instead of my original nail stylist. Will never go again. As soon as I sat down and showed her what I wanted she said that she couldn’t give me what I wanted but said she could do the tips. I thought that meant she could do an ombré effect for the tips and I showed her and she was immediately very rude to me and got angry when I didn’t understand that she meant she only did tips meaning she would do nothing else for me. Not even a design. I ended up refusing to get a service and just sit with my family. In which we’re also unsatisfied. My mom got a black plain nails and the lady didn’t talk to her at all and left smudges. At the end my grandma was the only one who got a good service with her nails. I believe it was booth 5. I really just wish that it didn’t feel so rushed in there and things were explain better so the nail artist doesn’t get angry. I will say they were all very sweet when we were leaving. Person in booth 5 and the man there were the only ones that seemed to want to have a good attitude.

Me and my daughters have been a couple times. My daughter and niece went without me last time and my daughter mentioned today that when they were paying, the person checking them out pressed the highest tip option for them. This is completely unacceptable to take advantage of kids. Today I felt like an inconvenience and they were trying to get done with me as fast as possible at the expense of my comfort. They began ripping my previous acrylics off and I had to say something to get them soaked off. Very painful. When soaking I was told multiple times to continue moving my fingers. I’m assuming this speeds the process. However, I’m exhausted from work and I just wanted to relax and get my nails done. This trip was not relaxing at all. My hands where consistently pulled closer to the tech. I believe I got an upcharge for oval vs. square nails which is absolutely unheard of from what I have experienced. When I went to pay, I was watched and monitored as I selected a tip option, this is really rude. So tonight I have sore arms, painful nails, and a bad attitude. Won’t be returning and if you send your kiddos make sure they are treated fairly.

I will never have my nails done at this place again. I told the girl she was using too much powder making the nails way too thick. I don’t know if she didn’t understand me or just did her thing after she finished. I was very unhappy with the results, they were thick And I was Leaving on vacation that evening, so I was unable to go back. As soon as I got to my destination, I went To a nail salon there and it took them forever to grind all the powder off and soaking my nails in acetone and I had to have a new set put on at another $60. They took pictures and even gave me some of the nails that clipped off to show how thick they were.
