2025-10-27If I could rate this place a ZERO I would. Went to simply get my acrylics removed and they hit my skin with the file making my finger bleed, then had to soak for 15 minutes, then when shaving off acrylic didn’t even take it completely off leaving acrylic STILL on my nail…..then burning my nails when using the machine. DON’T go here to get your acrylics off. THEN they don’t like accepting card. Gave an attitude and wanted me to use the ATM in salon. OR use the card with a fee. Since it doesn’t let me have a response to the review they gave they did NOT ask to soak my nails more, and I went to another salon directly afterwards and they took the rest of the acrylic off perfectly fine and made the nails look pretty!! Yes they did cut my cuticles for free! Thank you.
