Q-Nails

My nails turned out nice, but the salon itself was extremely dirty. The equipment did not appear to be clean, and I felt very unsanitary throughout the entire appointment. For a service that costs over $60, I would really appreciate if new or properly sanitized tools were used. Overall, not a great experience — I’ll be going somewhere with higher cleanliness standards next time.

Been going here for months and service has declined rapidly. Used to do a great job. I got the worst French manicure ever yesterday. There are gaps between nail and cuticle! If I have my palm up, the ends and under tip of nails look like someone threw liquor paper at me, just blotchy and unprofessional. I really questioned them on the prices yesterday as everytime I go the price is different. She told me price before starting, then changed it toward end, then charged more at checkout because I used a card. They hound you to death about “do you have cash? Do you have venmo?”. I came here to get my nails fixed from a couple breaks/chips I had. Asked for the same design but a different shade of pink. The pictures included are the work they did, what I walked in with, and my inspo picture. They look really bad and my nails burned during and after the manicure. Really upset I spent $60 on this and they look worse than what i walked in with.

They didn’t rush, and paid attention to every detail to make sure our experience was perfect! I would highly recommend this place. Money and lucky did an amazing job. Ask for them! 100% satisfied!

Consistently providing the best looking, longest lasting gel nails that I’ve ever had. Before I moved to town, I would always get my nails done here while visiting Fayetteville because this salon does such a wonderful, clean job, and the nail artists are so sweet. I consistently get 2-4 weeks without chipping and for me with how much I work with my hands, that is saying a lot. Love the attention to detail and lovely, personalized service! I even came back in for a polish chip right before my vacation and they fixed it at no charge! I recommend this salon to everyone I know in the Fayetteville area 💕
