GLASS NAILS & SPA

I was a customer at Glass nails for about 4 years and I recently moved out of state. Since moving, I have been struggling to find a salon and good as this one! I am coming back to write a review because I didn’t realize how good I had it. Each month at Glass, my manicures always came out immaculate. It was common that my dip manicures would last almost 4 full weeks with no chipping despite the fact that I’m tough on my hands. My nails also got healthy and strong over the course of the years I was there. They also have a fantastic color selection so I always had plenty of options. Most importantly, this is a true small business run by a really kind family. If you’re looking for a good salon this should be it!

Super friendly staff! They practice the correct COVID-19 health regulations, which is comforting. I’m not 100% satisfied with the work that was performed on my nails (zoom in the pictures.) I got dip nails with a manicure. For some reason, he did the dip application before the manicure. I have over 9 years of experience working as an esthetician in a spa. Nail services have never been done that way. He might’ve just been ready to get off of work or doesn’t pay much attention to detail, who knows? However, the price was very affordable, the location was super convenient, and I see myself going back to this nail salon. I’ll try to get a different nail technician next time. Overall, I give this place a 4 star rating because of all of the great things I listed above!

This was my first time at this salon and I had an amazing experience. Terra did an amazing job on my nails. I got dip on my natural nails and the shape, the color, the length, everything was exactly as I wanted. I will definitely be back for the great work and great customer service. Thank you Terra!!

Tara is incredibly talented. If you want designs on your nails, she is your girl. She got my nails to look exactly like the Pinterest picture. The pictures I posted doesn’t do her work justice. Always so satisfied by Glass Nails customer service and their quality work. They truly care to get your nails and the color exactly how you want them. They always show me the color on my nail before proceeding to make sure I like it. Love this about them.

The customer service here is outstanding. I went in on a day that their baby was sick and they had to take him to the urgent care on one of their busiest work days of the week (a Friday) and they still managed to take care of me in a timely manner and did an amazing job on the flower design on my nails. They are very specific about the job they do and want to make sure the customer is satisfied. I also Loved that they showed me the nail polish color on my nails and made sure I liked it before just applying it to all my nails. Amongst their setbacks and hectic morning they still put the customer first. So impressed and I will be going back and recommending this place.
