2025-10-11I called on Monday to make an appointment I asked if they had anything availability for Tuesday or Wednesday to do a butterfly cut, the girl at the front told me to hold and then the phone hung up so I called back and she apologized saying she thought she hit the mute button I said no worries. She told me she needed my First and Last Name plus my phone number and she will call me back with who is available for Tuesday or Wednesday by the end of that day (which was Monday). Never got a call back its currently going to be Saturday,highly disappointed.
