2022-09-09This is how my nails look after Alex completely ruined them. The purple around the cuticles aren't just polish but my blood. This place needs to be shut down immediately! I watched her and a CHILD do pedicures and never once sanitized the tools in-between clients. They took the tools to the sink and "washed" them off without any cleaners. They never once sanitized the foot bowls instead sprayed them out with water and wiped the down using the same towels that were wrapped around the previous clients legs. I am completely disgusted with Alexs rude remarks to my boyfriend who was also there. Her comments about his race is completely unexceptable.. he is mixed. The health department has been contacted and I hope they take my concerns seriously before someone gets an infection due to the unsanitary facility/tools that they repeatedly use. I have never in my life experience anything like this.
