Pedi N Nails in Bradford is hands down the best salon in town! I went to Tony, and he was absolutely exceptional — so attentive, kind, and incredibly talented. He really takes his time to make sure every detail is perfect, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients. The salon itself is spotless, organized, and has such a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. Everyone there is friendly and professional, and the overall experience always feels luxurious. I can’t recommend this place enough — if you’re looking for top-quality nails and amazing service, this is the place to go! 💅🏽✨

My nails look stunning for celebrating my 30th Anniversary next week. Queenie was absolutely amazing, and very attentive to all details to make me comfortable and happy!! Way to go Queenie! Will definitely go back!

be aware when you do get your acrylic nails removed that they should soak it in acetone first and not raw dog it and rip it off with a tip of a fake nail. I even asked her if she’s suppose to soak it in acetone first but she implied that doing it the way she did ensures the nail won’t be thin which is something i’ve never had done before. On top of that I still had to pay. I’m super disappointed. I’ve never had a salon ever do this to me.

I’ve gone here a couple times now and I have not been disappointed, great service no matter who you’re with. The gentleman who did my nails yesterday did an absolute superb job. One of the best Pedi n Nails I’ve been to, highly recommend.

I was sent a text to leave feedback and it isn’t working so I thought I’d share here because I’ve already have multiple bad experiences at this salon and I’m sick of it. The customer service here is atrocious. No one says hello when you walk in and no one says goodbye when you leave. The man who did my pedicure took another client before he was finished with my appointment and I had to find his gaze and make eye contact with him for him to tell me I was ready to leave. I’ve never had to take the toe separators off myself at a salon but I did this time. Then I went to pay and paid cash, was given my change in bills which is fine but I had change that I wanted to use instead. Doesn’t the guy walk away as he sees me put my bills back in my purse…not knowing that I was going to pull out the same amount of money as one of the bills for his tip but in toonies/loonies. He literally turned his back and went back to his client without saying bye lol. I left $4 in change instead of what I was going to leave and I honestly should’ve just left nothing. Also I didn’t get my loyalty card stamped but I watched everyone else who left the salon be asked about there card and then stamped. I walked in on time and was polite/quiet the entire time I was there and was treated so poorly. This is like 4th time I’ve been here and I swear I will never go back. The lack of customer service is appalling. Just FYI for the people who work her: You aren’t owed any tip. You WORK for it and act kind and pleasant and then people give a tip due to the QUALITY of the service YOU provide. These people have it extremely backwards. Also I must add he took off so much nail off my big toe that one toe is a round hideous shape and the other one has the more squared off look that actually looks nice. So not only is he rude but he also sucks at doing this job. Never coming back here again and I would never recommend it to anyone.
