I came in with a general idea of the style I wanted, but wasn’t completely sure. Fortunately, Tania Franco took the time to listen, guide me, and help me find the perfect look. She also answered all of my questions about hair care with genuine expertise, offering helpful insight without ever making me feel pressured to buy products. Her skill, professionalism, and warm personality made the entire visit exceptional. I highly recommend Tania for anyone seeking quality hair care and expert styling. The Reflections establishment, and the boutique inside, are both charming, welcoming, and truly worth visiting. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic salon experience.

2025-12-14I came in to get a bleach root touch up and banding correction. The banding was from my previous stylist who I had been going to for years but stopped seeing for multiple reasons. I decided to give Karlee a try and I am so glad that I did. Not only was she able to perfectly bleach all of my long overdue root growth, but she also fixed all of the orange/yellow banding left by the previous stylist. Karlee explained everything she was going to do before she did it and explained everything as she was doing it. She was so professional and made sure to take care of my hair. She was up front about her prices. I loved that she kept checking in with me to make sure I was doing okay because I have very bad social anxiety and it’s hard for me to speak up about things. I was extremely nervous going into this (as only one person has ever bleached my hair before) but Karlee took the best care of me. She exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be going back. Thank you to Karlee for being so kind and gentle.
