#1 Nails

Worst experience I’ve had at a salon and I’ve been going to different ones for years , I have never once felt the need to write a bad review but I’m genuinely angry I paid 10 dollars less than shining nails (my typical shop) which does inch length full detail multicolor in 45 minutes including waiting time… right off the bat she seemed inconvenienced by me finding a pic , when I found one I verified they could do the art several times they said it wouldn’t be a problem at all yet complained the entire 2 hours it took and got nowhere near what I asked for (DONT SAY YOU CAN DO IT IF YOU CANT IN THE SLIGHTEST IM PAYING YOU!) and genuinely would not shut up about the length that I specifically got shortest I ever have for her convenience ; visible hair and specks were left in the acrylic , she dug her sharp nail into every side-cuticle multiple times to separate the acrylic from the skin (THERES TOOLS FOR THAT !) and literally broke skin twice, (keep in mind I’m people pleasing to get this over with) ,they were judging me and my life choices (literally) the entire time to my face , pointed at my body , looking me up and down and what I’m assuming is judging me to their coworker , and in the end when she was huffing and puffing over the generally simple nail art and talking to her coworker while her coworker was looking and giggling , she told her to shh after giggling a little to loud assuming I’m blind or something and can’t see what her coworkers laughing at , this is a brief description of everything I want to type down but know people aren’t going to read . Every single of the 5 other shops I’ve gone to around here were immensely better in time/service/execution/price . I should have just walked out ! Got nothing close to what I wanted and am having to get them repainted . The flowers look like snowflakes and the pattern looks like tye dye .

I absolutely love this nail salon the owner and her staff are all phenomenal ❤️ . They have been my go to for over 20 years when I wanted or needed my nails done . I wanted simple on my natural nails . I got an Amazing French Manicure Dip for my mani . And pretty A blue sparkle color on my toes . I am always 100% pleased and leave on cloud 9 after getting pampered. They are the Best ! Thank you so much for your excellent service. ❤️❤️

Annie did a great job providing my nail service during a walk in on mothers day! Customer Service is wonderful &’ welcoming, she remembered me from 2 years ago , when it was snow storming &’ she stayed over to get my nails done. Cant beat their prices either! I got a fabulous manicure here by Annie. It had been awhile since I had my nails done, so I wasn't sure what I needed. I just had a picture of a style I liked. Annie totally nailed it! She was so wonderful. She was diligent and has a great attention for detail. This is the best set of acrylics I've had. They're usually too thick for my liking. My nails are perfect! I'll definitely be returning when it's time for a refresh.
