The prices are fairly higher than what I am used to for my full set it was over $50 and then there's tip to factor in as well. My friend got her nails filled in and it only cost her $5 less than me and again then you still have to factor in the tip. I scheduled my appointment to refill my builder gel (expecting to pay between $50-60 including tip) over a week in advance and they refused to see me because I was "too close to closing time." My appointment was scheduled for 615pm but due to unforseen circumstances (also just called life) I was not going to be able to make it by then. I called to inform them but they said they won't see anyone after 630pm. I would have gotten there between 630pm-640pm. Having been in customer service my whole life and been to many nail salons this is by far the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I have had similar experiences at other nail salons that were more than accommodating. They insisted on rescheduling me for the day after (numerous times) after I explained that I cannot do that because I have to drop my car off at the mechanic who was five minutes down the road from them. This made me feel unheard or that they didn't understand what I was saying. They do solid work here but their customer service and policies could use improvement. For example when booking a late evening appointment they should include a disclaimer that no one will be seen after 630pm. This way i would have never booked the appointment being my mornings are unavailable, I work during the day, and weekends are always busy. Additionally, it's hard to understand a majority of the employees through their masks and in general. They also appear to have a hard time understanding their clientele as I couldn't even speak to the nail tech who did my nails before. I would recommend a different nail salon in your area unless a very quiet environment, minimum communication, unclear policies, and higher prices are right for you.

Me and 2 of my friends made an appointment for nails and were greeted kindly, we got in before our appointment time. Kevin was awesome! He took great pride in his work! I will definitely be back! Thank you for a great experience!

10/10 would recommend for nails. I got the zen builder gel and really liked it. I’ve gotten builder gel before and it hurt, but here it didn’t hurt. They listened to my requests and copied them perfectly!

We were out of town on vacation and I needed my nails done. I asked a local girl and she recommended INail. My daughter and I went and had pedicures and I had a fill in , she got a full set. All services were excellent and they were very courteous to us.

Mia did my nails yesterday and did a FANTASTIC job! The price was incredible and the service so friendly! I’ll definitely be coming back to see Mia! She was very quietly spoken but I didn’t even mind because I don’t like to talk much to new people. She heard my concerns and fixed anything I thought that I didn’t like. Overall 10/10 DEFINITELY recommend this place! Below ive included her work and the inspo pic!
