I really wanted to like this place. I took my mom yesterday for her birthday to get pedicures. I paid extra for the hot stone and towel treatment. They were not busy and really rushed us. Our feet did not soak. She cut both my big toes with the nail file block because she was in such a hurry. I swear the hot stones barely touched me. Plus my polish job looks terrible. It’s a shame, but I still tipped well. I am trying to find a place to go to regularly. I don’t know why it’s so hard to find a place where you can actually relax. It’s like they are timing how fast they can get you in and out of there.

Absolutely horrible. I have not ever been to a nail salon that I did not like and would go back to. I will absolutely never be back and I will NOT recommend anyone to come here. He did even clean aound my nails when he was done nor did he ensure that my nails were filed correctly. He did not ensure that I liked it before continuing. He did not allow one coat to dry completely before moving to the next step. He was in too much of a rush, which is unacceptable. I am now gonna have to get my nails done in less than a week and they’re not gonna be long enough/grown out enough to have them done like I like them too. I work in a profession where I use my hands a lot, I tried to explain that to him, he did not listen and because of this they will break quickly. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I have never had such a horrible experience and had my nails done and look so horrible. Look closely at my pictures to see the flaws. One broke within two hours of leaving and polish came off by the end of the night. I didn’t even want polish. When I spoke to them they would not correct them the way I originally asked for my nails to be done and would not refund me. She was very rude about it!! It was their mistake and they just don’t care!

A friend of mine had been absolutely raving about this shop for awhile so we went together yesterday and wow! What a beautiful, clean shop and everyone was so kind and friendly. Thi did an amazing job on my acrylic fill and polish. She was meticulous with the length and shape and she was kind enough to give me a beautifully relaxing pedicure as well. I left feeling rejuvenated and definitely wanting to return in a few weeks. You have a new regular -- thank you!
